中国交通运输协会航运物流分会2025年会暨ISEA会员嘉年华盛会，在广州南沙成功召开

作为第四届大湾区港航物流（南沙）大会的同期活动，11月28日，中国交通运输协会航运物流分会2025年会，在广州南沙召开。

中国交通运输协会航运物流分会（简称分会），是经中国交通运输协会批准，聚焦于航运物流产业链的专业社团组织。现拥有船东、港口、空运、中欧班列、货代、船代、无船承运人、车队、法律、金融保险等港航物流上下游合作伙伴企业3000余家，累计发展会员1700余家。现任会长单位为上港集团。

受中国交通运输协会航运物流分会会长、上港集团副总裁王海建委托，中国交通运输协会航运物流分会常务副会长、中国航务周刊总编辑陈宏兵，为年会致辞。

他表示，过去一年，分会秘书处各项工作开展卓有成效：一是分会的社会影响力和美誉度进一步提升；二是分会在标准制定方面的话语权实现提升；三是分会会员服务能力进一步升级；四是分会立足上级协会，为国家、为行业、为企业、为社会的“四个服务”宗旨，发挥了桥梁纽带和参谋助手的作用。

他进一步强调，即将到来的2026年是“十五五”规划开局之年，分会将继续按照上级协会的统一部署和要求，在把握“中国制造”出海机遇、以行业标准引领会员企业转型、促进制造业与国际物流业融合发展等方面做好工作。

中国交通运输协会航运物流分会秘书长王修平，做了分会2025-2026年度秘书处工作报告。2025年，分会在中国交通运输协会的领导下，紧扣国家“双循环”战略与“一带一路”倡议，以全球化、数字化、绿色化为发展方向，全面深化海外市场拓展，强化口岸协同联动，推动行业标准建设，赋能会员企业效益提升。

他将2025年的分会工作总结为六方面：第一，海外战略全面实施，全球化网络初具规模；第二，强化口岸联动，打造全域服务网络；第三，口岸协同提质增效，全域服务网络升级；第四，赋能行业人才，构建长远学习体系；第五，会展平台赋能，促进行业资源整合；第六，参与制定物流企业ESG披露和评价团体标准。

对于2026年分会的工作计划，王修平强调，2026年是“十五五”规划开局之年。2025年10月23日党的二十届四中全会上，进一步明确了交通运输和物流业在国民经济发展中的重要地位。航运物流业既是国际运输通道构建的主力军，也是“中国制造出海”的保障力量，分会将在中国交通运输协会统一领导下，进一步发挥自身桥梁纽带作用。同时，分会将继续以精品会展为纽带，构建一体两翼（长三角、大湾区+京津冀）格局，依附一体两翼资源，精心打造“黄金60秒”跨口岸业务对接品牌活动，搭建一个快速推介、深度交流、促成合作，逐步形成“展+会+贸”一体化的生态赋能平台，不断推动行业生态共赢。

为此，将积极做好以下六方面工作：一是积极对接各级政府部门，及时传达有关政策文件，为会员企业建立向上沟通的通道；二是积极推进《国际供应链物流企业服务能力评估》标准编制，为会员企业转型发展指明方向；三是持续推进出海战略，深化全球网络布局，帮助会员企业对接海外资源；四是依托港航物流展、大湾区大会、航运产业周、“黄金60秒”等品牌活动，帮助会员企业对接外贸货主、货代同行；五是依托各口岸秘书处，加强会员走访交流，践行“分会就在你身边”服务理念；六是继续做好商学院培训工作，加强分会官网（含英文版）、官微建设，进一步提升分会自身服务会员的能力。

各位与会代表以鼓掌的形式，一致同意通过了《中国交通运输协会航运物流分会2025-2026年度秘书处工作报告》。

会上，中国交通运输协会航运物流分会副秘书长茅嘉祺，还对《2025-2026年度中国口岸订舱指南》的出版工作进行了介绍。

据了解，为了更好地服务会员企业，分会秘书处已连续多年出版中国口岸订舱指南。该指南通过对运力资源、货运代理资源、其他服务资源等进行归纳和梳理形成，已成为业内实用的工具书，获得会员企业的一致好评。

茅嘉祺介绍说，新版的订舱指南会从航线、服务、第三方等维度，细分会员企业特点，使查询更为便捷。同时，再次升级船东信息，提供更全面的内容，以增强船货协同。

As a parallel event of The 4th Greater Bay Area Port and Shipping Logistics (Nansha) Conference, the 2025 Annual Conference of China Communications and Transportation Association - Shipping and Logistics Branch (CCTA-SLB) was held in Nansha, Guangzhou on November 28.
China Communications and Transportation Association - Shipping and Logistics Branch (CCTA-SLB) is a professional organization approved by China Communications and Transportation Association (CCTA), focusing on the shipping and logistics industry chain. It currently has more than 3,000 partner enterprises covering the entire shipping and logistics industry chain, including shipowners, ports, air freight, China-Europe Railway Express, freight forwarders, shipping agents, NVOCCs, fleets, legal and financial insurance institutions, with more than 1,700 members. The current chairman unit is Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. (SIPG).

On behalf of Wang Haijian, Chairman of CCTA-SLB and Vice President of SIPG, Chen Hongbing, Executive Vice President of CCTA-SLB and Editor-in-Chief of China Shipping Gazette (CSG), delivered a speech at the annual conference.
He further emphasized that the upcoming 2026 marks the first year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", and the branch will continue to follow the unified arrangements and requirements of the superior association, and do a good job in seizing the opportunities for "Made in China" to go global, leading the transformation of member enterprises with industry standards, and promoting the integrated development of manufacturing and international logistics.

Wang Xiuping, Secretary-General of CCTA-SLB, delivered the 2025-2026 annual work report of the secretariat. In 2025, under the leadership of CCTA, the branch closely focused on the national "dual circulation" strategy and "Belt and Road" initiative, with globalization, digitalization, and greenization as development directions, comprehensively deepened overseas market expansion, strengthened port coordination, promoted industry standard construction, and empowered member enterprises to improve efficiency.

He summarized the branch's work in 2025 into six aspects: first, comprehensive implementation of overseas strategy, with a global network taking initial shape; second, strengthening port linkage to build a full-domain service network; third, improving quality and efficiency of port coordination, upgrading the full-domain service network; fourth, empowering industry talents to build a long-term learning system; fifth, empowering through exhibition platforms to promote industry resource integration; sixth, participating in the formulation of ESG disclosure and evaluation standards for logistics enterprises.
Regarding the branch's work plan for 2026, Wang Xiuping emphasized that 2026 is the beginning year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. At the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on October 23, 2025, the important position of transportation and logistics in national economic development was further clarified. Shipping and logistics industry is both the main force in building international transportation channels and the guarantee force for "Made in China going global." The branch will, under the unified leadership of CCTA, further play its role as a bridge and 纽带. At the same time, the branch will continue to use high-quality exhibitions as links to build a "one body with two wings" (Yangtze River Delta, Greater Bay Area + Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) pattern, rely on the resources of the one body with two wings, carefully create the "Golden 60 Seconds" cross-port business matching brand activity, build a platform for rapid promotion, in-depth communication, and cooperation, and gradually form an integrated ecological empowerment platform of "exhibition + conference + trade" to continuously promote industry ecological win-win.
To this end, the branch will actively do the following six aspects of work: first, actively connect with government departments at all levels, timely convey relevant policy documents, and establish communication channels for member enterprises; second, actively promote the compilation of the "International Supply Chain Logistics Enterprise Service Capability Assessment" standard to point out the direction for member enterprises' transformation and development; third, continue to promote the going global strategy, deepen global network layout, and help member enterprises connect with overseas resources; fourth, rely on port and shipping logistics exhibitions, Greater Bay Area conferences, shipping industry weeks, "Golden 60 Seconds" and other brand activities to help member enterprises connect with foreign trade shippers and freight forwarding peers; fifth, rely on port secretariats to strengthen member visits and exchanges, practicing the service concept of "the branch is by your side"; sixth, continue to do a good job in business school training, strengthen the branch's official website (including English version) and official WeChat construction, and further improve the branch's ability to serve members.

At the meeting, Mao Jiaqi, Deputy Secretary-General of CCTA-SLB, also introduced the publication of the "2025-2026 China Port Booking Guide."

It is understood that in order to better serve member enterprises, the branch secretariat has published the China Port Booking Guide for many consecutive years. This guide is formed by summarizing and sorting out shipping capacity resources, freight forwarding resources, and other service resources, and has become a practical reference book in the industry, receiving unanimous praise from member enterprises.
Mao Jiaqi introduced that the new version of the booking guide will subdivide the characteristics of member enterprises from dimensions such as shipping routes, services, and third parties, making queries more convenient. At the same time, the shipping company information will be upgraded again to provide more comprehensive content to enhance ship-cargo coordination.
