第四届大湾区港航物流（南沙）大会，在广州南沙隆重召开

11月28日，由中国航务周刊主办，广州港集团有限公司作为战略合作伙伴，上海航运五十人发展研究中心承办，上海泛亚航运有限公司支持，广州优倍国际物流有限公司、广州市海诚国际货运代理有限公司、广州航运交易有限公司协办的第四届大湾区港航物流（南沙）大会，在广州南沙国际会展中心隆重召开。

他介绍说，“十五五”时期，广州港将深度融入建设粤港澳大湾区、共建“一带一路”等国家战略，加快向港口型综合物流服务商转型，着力推进大枢纽、大通道、大网络体系建设，打造服务一流的效率品质港口、高效互联的物流增值港口、智慧绿色的创新赋能港口，在构建双循环新发展格局中，展现更大作为。他还呼吁港航界进一步完善港口技术和服务标准体系，完善行业协同机制，深化开放合作和互利共赢，共建开放共享、智慧互联的港航物流产业链、生态圈，建设一流湾区和世界级港口城市群。

交通运输部科学研究院现代物流研究中心副主任李彦林，带来关于“十五五”交通物流发展形势和战略重点的思考。

他认为，“十五五”交通物流发展战略应重点关注：以多式联运为抓手，推动基础设施硬联通和标准规则软联通；以系统性思维，推进交通物流降本提质增效；以大通道建设为重点，提升跨区域协同协作水平；以数据集成应用和流通交易为路径，进一步激发数据要素价值创造；以国际物流通道建设为切入，提升国际物流供应链安全韧性。

广州市港务局副局长刘义发，聚焦广州国际航运枢纽建设，进行了系统推介。

他表示，目前广州已建成功能完善的综合大港，已培育出初具规模的临港经济，正高标准建设大湾区航运联合交易中心，正打造绿色智慧港口的生动实践，正建设世界级水岸观光旅游目的地，形成了高效便利的营商环境。他强调，“十五五”时期是广州港从世界大港迈向世界强港、从航运枢纽迈向全球资源要素配置中心的关键时期，广州港正锚定世界一流港口目标，全力打造通江达海、货畅其流的国际航运物流枢纽，产业汇聚、富有活力的世界级临港经济集聚区，面向世界、互利合作的高水平对外开放门户。

内贸精品航线20周年成果暨倡议发布

据悉，自2005年中国首条内贸精品航线“津广快线”开通后，广州港携手国内各大港口、航运企业，创新打造港航协同模式，共同构建起贯通南北的“海上黄金通道”，实现了港口群之间的优势互补和协同发展，优化了我国物流运输结构，提升了供应链韧性和安全水平，为构建现代化产业体系、推动经济高质量发展，提供了重要支撑。

此外，大会同期还举行了第四届国际港航物流暨多式联运（上海）展览会（ISL EXPO 2026）倒计时150天新闻发布会。

本届展会将于2026年4月22日-24日在上海举行。展会组委会执行主任、中国航务周刊总编辑陈宏兵，介绍了本届展会的四大亮点：外贸货主活动全面升级、国际化水平大幅提升、参展企业质量与数量同步提升、专业观众组织优化创新。他强调：“我们有信心将展出总面积提升50%，达到20000平方米；专业观众规模扩大至25000人，其中，外贸货主买家将增至3000人。诚挚邀请国际供应链物流上下游企业和专业人士，共赴这场港航物流的行业盛会。”

当前，中国制造企业出海加速，但国际供应链物流企业的服务能力参差不齐，评估标准缺失，制造企业选择服务商缺乏参考依据。为此，上海航运五十人发展研究中心、中国交通运输协会航运物流分会、中国航务周刊发起《国际供应链物流企业服务能力评估标准》的编制，目前已经完成行业初步调研和标准评估，并已正式立项。教育部物流教学指导委员会主任、上海海事大学原校长黄有方，担任课题组组长。

大会期间，举行了《国际供应链物流企业服务能力评估》课题组揭牌及首批专家聘书颁发仪式。课题组组长黄有方、中国航务周刊社长倪玮，共同为课题组揭牌，并向首批课题组专家颁发证书。交通运输部水运科学研究院原院长费维军、广州港集团有限公司总经理吴超、中国航务周刊总编辑陈宏兵见证揭牌。《国际供应链物流企业服务能力评估》课题组第一次专家会议，也于当天召开。

作为本届大会的同期活动，11月27日，召开了中国航运50人第十二届年会、广州港集团客户座谈会。座谈会上，广州港与百余位客户代表、港航物流企业，以“港航联动，物畅其流：共筑全程物流新生态”为主题，围绕航线格局演变、冷链业务拓展、跨境电商发展、数智化赋能及全程物流解决方案等行业议题畅所欲言，为深化国内国际港航合作、共筑全程物流新生态建言献策。

11月28日，还举行了中国外贸货主沙龙第三次会议、中国交通运输协会航运物流分会2025年会、ISEA会员嘉年华暨“黄金60秒”——第八届ISEA跨口岸业务合作对接大会以及港航物流展示洽谈会等活动，为与会嘉宾提供更多交流合作的机会。

第四届大湾区港航物流（南沙）大会的举办，正值“十五五”规划谋篇布局之年与粤港澳大湾区建设纵深推进之际。大会不仅为行业搭建了高端对话与务实合作的平台，更深刻呼应了国家战略与区域发展需求。

          1. At present, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are accelerating their overseas expansion. However, the service capabilities of international supply chain and logistics enterprises vary greatly, with a lack of evaluation standards, leaving manufacturing enterprises without sufficient reference when selecting service providers.
          2. In response to this, Shanghai Top 50 Shipping Elites Development Research Center (50SEC), China Communications and Transportation Association - Shipping and Logistics Branch (CCTA-SLB) and China Shipping Gazette (CSG) launched the compilation of the "Evaluation Standards for the Service Capabilities of International Supply Chain and Logistics Enterprises". Up to now, the preliminary industry research and standard evaluation have been completed, and the project has been officially approved. Huang Youfang, Director of the Logistics Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and Former President of Shanghai Maritime University, serves as the leader of the research team.

During the conference, the unveiling ceremony of the research team for the "Evaluation of Service Capabilities of International Supply Chain and Logistics Enterprises" and the ceremony for issuing appointment letters to the first batch of experts were held. Huang Youfang, leader of the research team, and Ni Wei, President of China Shipping Gazette (CSG), jointly unveiled the plaque for the research team and issued certificates to the first batch of experts. Fei Weijun, Former President of the Water Transport Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, Wu Chao, General Manager of Guangzhou Port Group Co., Ltd., and Chen Hongbing, Editor-in-Chief of China Shipping Gazette (CSG), witnessed the unveiling. The first expert meeting of the research team for the "Evaluation of Service Capabilities of International Supply Chain and Logistics Enterprises" was also held on the same day.
          4. As a crucial driving force for the development of the Greater Bay Area, the port and shipping logistics industry is not only related to the vitality and efficiency of the regional economy, but also a key factor in realizing regional coordinated development and enhancing international competitiveness. A number of outstanding port and shipping logistics enterprises and projects that contribute to the development of the Greater Bay Area through technological innovation, process reengineering and service optimization have emerged. During the conference, the "2025 Excellent Cases of Port and Shipping Logistics Supporting the Development of the Greater Bay Area" were released. The project cases such as "Building the 'Blue Engine' of the Greater Bay Area and Constructing a New Digital and Intelligent Whole-Chain Shipping Service Ecosystem" declared by COSCO Container Lines Co., Ltd. and " 'One Port Pass for the Bay Area' Supporting the Reform, Innovation and Development of the Greater Bay Area" declared by Guangzhou Port Co., Ltd. were selected.

          1. As parallel events of this conference, the 12th Annual Conference of China's Top 50 Shipping Elites and the Customer Forum of Guangzhou Port Group were held on November 27. At the forum, Guangzhou Port, together with more than 100 customer representatives and port and shipping logistics enterprises, centered on the theme of "Port-Shipping Linkage, Smooth Logistics Flow: Jointly Building a New Ecosystem of End-to-End Logistics". They engaged in free discussions on industry topics such as the evolution of shipping route patterns, the expansion of cold chain business, the development of cross-border e-commerce, digital and intelligent empowerment, and end-to-end logistics solutions, and put forward suggestions for deepening domestic and international port-shipping cooperation and jointly building a new ecosystem of end-to-end logistics.
          2. On November 28, several other activities were held, including the 3rd Meeting of the China Foreign Trade Caogo Owners' Salon, the 2025 Annual Meeting of China Communications and Transportation Association - Shipping and Logistics Branch (CCTA-SLB), the ISEA Member Carnival cum the 8th ISEA Cross-Port Business Cooperation Matching Conference themed "Golden 60 Seconds", and the Port and Shipping Logistics Exhibition and Negotiation Conference. These activities provided more opportunities for communication and cooperation among the participating guests.
          3. The holding of the 4th Greater Bay Area Port and Shipping Logistics (Nansha) Conference coincides with the year of formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan and the in-depth advancement of the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The conference not only built a platform for high-end dialogue and practical cooperation in the industry, but also closely responded to national strategies and regional development needs.
          4. It is reported that starting from the 4th session, the Greater Bay Area Port and Shipping Logistics Conference will be permanently located in Nansha, Guangzhou. This will help Guangzhou become a global hub for gathering port and shipping resources, a source of institutional innovation, and a model for opening-up and cooperation, thus writing a new chapter in which port and shipping logistics empowers regional development and serves the overall national interests.
